The Directorate for Plenary and Procedural Affairs in support of MPs is responsible for:
a. Acceptance, registration, distribution of draft laws, amendments to draft laws, reports, recommendations, motions/proposals, questions of MPs for the Prime minister and ministers
b. Drafting of the proposed agenda and minutes of the meetings of the Presidency, plenary sessions, also the preparation of the transcription of the plenary sessions as well as their publication through the Media Office
c. Transcription of Presidency meetings, plenary sessions and public hearings
d. Editing of transcripts from meetings of the Presidency, plenary sessions and public hearings
e. Communication with the coordination office of the Government regarding the preparation of the proposed agenda of the Assembly
f. The preparation of the proposal work plan of the Assembly
g. Preparation of the scenario for the leadership of the meetings of the Presidency and plenary sessions
h. Providing support with legal and procedural advisory services to the bodies of the Assembly and the secretary
i. The materialization of decisions, conclusions and recommendations of the Presidency and plenary sessions
j. Preparation and distribution of materials for consideration in the Presidency and plenary session
k. Management, recording and distribution of documents for MPs
l. Provision of logistical information for MPs
m. The organization of work and the management of meeting rooms of the Assembly bodies
