Today, the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, chaired by the Speaker Glauk Konjufca, held a plenary session.

The session began with the statements outside the agenda and with the questions of the MPs for the members of the government.

Following the two aforementioned items, a request was made to supplement the agenda. Thus, the decision was made on supplementing the agenda with the second consideration of the Draft Law on Anti-Doping.

The session continued with the consideration and adoption in the second reading of all three draft laws: Draft Law on Forests, Draft Law on General Product Safety, and the Draft Law on Anti-Doping.

The session continued with the first reading the Draft Law on Reproductive Health and Medically Assisted Fertilization.
The Minister of the Ministry of Health, Arben Vitia, made the justification for this Draft Law on behalf of the Government.
According to the procedure, the heads of the parliamentary groups took the floor, who expressed the positions of the groups they represent.

Following the debate, the draft law in question was put to the vote, however, there was no decision-making due to the absence of a quorum. Ditto, the same is carried over for a new session.

Mimoza Kusari - Lila, as the proposer of the legislative initiative for the first consideration of the Draft Law on amending and supplementing of the Law on Mines and Minerals, amended and supplemented by the Law No. 04/L-158, took the floor and she presented and justified the aforementioned Draft Law to the MPs.

Afterwards, the heads of the parliamentary groups expressed the positions of the groups they represent. Thus, after the debate, in the absence of a quorum, this draft law was not put to the vote and therefore the same is carried over to the next session.
The session continued with the consideration of the Central Public Enterprises Performance Report, for the year 2021. This report was presented and justified by the Minister of the Ministry of Economy, Artane Rizvanolli.

After the justification of the report, with the agreement of the parliamentary groups, the session concluded the proceeding.
